Devinity Marketing ("we", "us", "our") is a digital marketing agency with offices in the United States and Malaysia. This policy covers devinitymarketing.com and any enquiry you send us through it.

02Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in the contact form or the “Get now” form, we receive what you type in:
- your name and email address (required)
- your company name, phone number and website, if you add them
- the service you're interested in and your budget range, if you choose one
- your message
The same applies when you email us directly: we receive your email address and whatever you write.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, our analytics and advertising tools record details such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the page that referred you, your approximate location (from your IP address), and your device, browser and operating system. 03How we use your information
- to reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or strategy call
- to send you a confirmation email listing what you sent us
- to deliver the services you hire us for
- to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it
- to measure our own advertising and show our ads to people who visited the site
- to keep the site and our forms secure and free of spam
- to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We only email you about your enquiry and the work we do together. We don't add you to a newsletter unless you ask us to.
06International transfers
Our team works from the United States and Malaysia, and our service providers may process data in other countries. Your information may therefore be stored or read outside the country you live in. Wherever it is handled, we protect it as this policy describes.
07How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and follow up, and client records for as long as we work together plus any period the law requires for tax and accounting. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of Google Analytics and Meta. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
08How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are sent to us over an encrypted connection, and only the people who handle your enquiry can read it. No online service can be perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss and misuse.
09Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct it or delete it
- object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it
- withdraw consent you gave us earlier
- complain to your local data protection authority
To use any of these rights, email info@devinitymarketing.com. We'll reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first. We won't treat you differently for asking.
10Children
Our services are for businesses. The site is not aimed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
11Other websites
The site links to other websites, such as our social media profiles and map directions. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave our site.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Please check back from time to time.
